RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your purchase appears to be faulty or damaged and you want to return it, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt of the purchase. Once Wibrix agrees to your return request, you have 14 days to return your purchase.
All returned products must be guaranteed unopened and unused.
It should be noted that, for hygiene reasons, Wibrix can not accept returns of the followings;
- Any perishable products including frozen/fresh foods
- The item that has already been opened and used
- Any damaged or missing products which are not promptly notified to Wibrix within 24 hours after receipt of the purchase (subject to the logistics company’s delivery record)
- Any discounted products
To submit a return request, please contact customer service at hello@wibrix.co.uk and attach the order number and a full description of the item(s) in the email.
After Wibrix agrees to your return/refund request, please return your purchase to the following address:

The package may be damaged in transit which may cause unintentional damages on some products.
Please contact customer service at hello@wibrix.co.uk and attach the order number and evidence of damage (photos of package and damaged products) within 24 hours after receipt of the purchase. Wibrix can arrange a return/refund or replacement accordingly.
Please check your packing list carefully to see if any of your purchase is marked out of stock – if the item is out of stock, the refund will be processed.
If your item is delivered incorrectly, please contact customer service at hello@wibrix.co.uk within 24 hours after receipt of the purchase. Please be aware that the packaging of some items may be slightly different.
Please contact us at hello@wibrix.co.uk by email before the order is shipped and we will cancel or modify your order immediately.
Any cancellations or modifications will not be accepted after the order is shipped. If your purchase is returned or lost due to change of address, Wibrix will not compensate.
